curriculum is
designed to help
adults understand
the meaning and
authority of the
Bible for Christian
life. Each session
is Bible-based and
Christ-focused. The

Mid-Week Bible Study

This adult Bible
study meets each
Wednesday from 4:00
- 5:00 p.m. at
Crossroads. The
study is facilitated
by one of our
pastors and examines
the preaching text
for the coming
Sunday. The format
welcomes questions
and shared
discussion. All
adults are invited
to join in this
experience. For

Sisters Study Groups |
|
|
These groups are
held for one hour a
week during
September through
May. They are held
both in the daytime
and the evening.
These groups for
women aid in
increasing one’s
knowledge of
Christian education,
promote Christian
friendships and
faith sharing. New
groups are started
periodically. |

Ministry |

Quality Christian
books are sold on
Sunday mornings in
the parlor during
Fellowship Hour.
Special order books
are available upon

Church Library |
|
The
library is open on
Sundays from 8:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
During the week, the
library is locked,
but can be accessed
by any member of the
staff. Books are
loaned for four
weeks, CDs for three
weeks and videos for
one week.

to Emmaus The
Walk to Emmaus® is a
spiritual renewal
program intended to
strengthen the local
church through the
development of
Christian disciples
and leaders.

STARS (Seniors
Tackling Aging
Responsibly) is a
fun way to stay
active, have fun and
develop friendships

team practices

competes with other

United Methodist Men
meet on the first
Saturday of
every month
(September-May)
for breakfast and
fellowship. All men

United Methodist
Women |
The
organized unit of
United Methodist
Women shall be
community of women
whose purpose is to
know God and to
experience freedom
as whole persons
through Jesus
Christ; to develop a
creative, supportive
fellowship; and to
expand concepts of
mission through
participation in the
global ministries of
the church.
Any woman may become
a member of United
Methodist Women if
she chooses to join
and to commit
herself to the
purpose of the
organization. All
women of the United
Methodist Church are
welcome and
encouraged to
belong.
Monthly luncheons
are held on the
first Wednesday of
each month
(September-December
and February-May)

United Methodist
Women will be
collecting small
6”-8” stuffed
animals, new or
gently used. They
will be donated to
the Sheriff’s
department to be
given out to
children in times of
trauma or duress. DO
NOT WRAP the
animals. Bring your
donation to the
church parlor
anytime.
New and/or gently
used books at the
elementary school
reading levels will
also be collected
during the school
year for the West
After School
Program. Bring your
donation to the
church parlor
anytime.
Campbell Soup Labels
plus labels from
other food items
(see the poster on
the information wall
in the parlor) are
being collected for
Red Bird Mission, a
mission outreach of
United Methodist
Women. Bring all you
save to the “Soup
Can” on the
information wall in
the parlor anytime.
